I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool had a great view over the valley, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The location, deep in the valley surrounded by nature, made it a quiet and peaceful retreat.

It was all superb.

there is some people repaired something upstair ,and the noise is killing me when i stay in downstair of the noise..for the next,i hope the hotel management can repair if the guest is not there or the room behind is empty..

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the variety of food offered during breakfast and the breath-taking view from the room. the hotel location was conveniently close to local attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. Another advantage was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome.

The parking space was limited and the size of the room was smaller compared to other 5-star hotels we've been to. the amenities in the room were also not as impressive as we expected.

The altitude of the hotel site provides an invigorating and comfortable atmosphere, complemented by picturesque surroundings and exclusive amenities that fulfill luxurious needs. the welcoming and accommodating staff, complemented by superb service, makes visitors feel special. the variety of entertainment facilities and programs offered for children surpasses those of comparable hotels.

On occasion, a weakness of the hotel can be the price for certain items. the hotel justifies this with its exclusive and luxurious amenities, such as private facilities with exceptional benefits.

The room size was adequate for a romantic escape, and the hot water swimming pool was a major plus. We enjoyed the location as it was surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes, and the complementary airport transport was a great addition for our travel convenience.

The noise level was high and disruptive throughout our stay, especially at night. The hotel felt run down and lacked the luxury we had hoped for.

The view was very nice but the location of the hotel not supported by the hotel taxi 24 hours. We have to wait for the taxi at least 30 minutes long.

Transportation was little bit difficult.

Very nice and relaxing hotel. Suitable for honeymoon and the best hotel in bandung. Price doesnt matter. One more thing, their staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to mr. Sona for his kind assistance during our stay :-)

This hotel provides a great experience with a lovely comfortable room, welcoming service team, and a wide range of varieties for breakfast and high tea. the restaurant set among the nature with panoramic view and delicious food options for CNY night made our experience special. the hotel is surrounded by woodland, provides a heated pool for relaxation and fitness activities like yoga, gym. Archery, animal feeding and other outdoor facilities are available too. Staff service is excellent and provides a good privacy and quiet place for relaxation.

The location is a bit far from the main shopping area, but the hotel provides a free delivery service upon check-out.

The location is stunning; great view at the mountains.

We took quite a while at the immigration as it was a full flight. By the time we were done, we were really tired and just wanted to rest for a while before getting our late dinner. We were greeted by a friendly driver and he was all smiles despite having to wait for us for more than an hour. We were also told that Mr Aji (butler) from Padma who was expecting our arrival had called the driver to ensure that the driver did not miss us at the airport. Upon arrival at Padma Hotel, we were greeted by warm smiles and a very hearty welcome. It really made us feel like we were coming home and the butler/front office staff were our relatives welcoming us back home. Suddenly all our exhaustion started to ease away. Less than a minute of sitting down at the reception, Mr Aji came out to greet us and he was really like a brother to us, instead of just a butler. We will discuss more on his great service later. The Padma Hotel lobby is furnished with plush sofas to ensure that guests are comfortable even before they reach the room. This is definitely a thumbs-up for overseas guests who flew in and also for guests who have been driving for hours. When we got to our room, we were deeply impressed that hardwood flooring is used for the room. As Padma is located on a hill, we were expecting a colder climate however we did not want to step into a room with marble or ceramic flooring which can get quite uncomfortable to walk on when it is chilly. So, another thumbs up to the management for the thoughtfulness they put into the furnishings/structure of the hotel. The super comfortable beds and pillows were also greatly appreciated by us. We slept so well during the 4 nights we were there. We even woke up late for our itinerary on one of the days!

Excellent panaromic view. Friendly staff available at all times for assistance. Impressive room deco. Great swimming pool. Delicious & sumptuous breakfast buffet thou coffee tends to be slightly cold. Truely grateful cos Padma offered complimentary airport transfer. Great job, Padma!

New lift tends to be a bit slow. Believe it will improve over times.

It is a hideout within the shopping areas and the staff are lovely people. Genuine not pretentious! There two wonderful staff by the name of May (it is her nick name) and Ludy. She is the senior staff of the food and beverage counter. Although she cannot waive my champagne corkage charge to celebrate for my sister in law birthday. Guess what! she get her a local "T" Shirt with Bandung attractions and a bag of circassian seeds for the birthday girl. The front office staff, Ludy is very informative, pro-active and responsible. My family and I are very impress by the staff of Pardma Hotel Bandung. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Wines are a bit pricey and the managment should empower the staff to make decision
